Massage therapy

Massage therapy software, with the insurance receipt done right

Every receipt carries the name of the therapist who gave the treatment, their association or college, their registration number and the length of the treatment. Plus the health intake, online booking, SMS reminders and a point of sale. Built and hosted in Canada.

14 days free, no credit card. From $19 a month after that.

Insurance receipts

The therapist who treated, not the person at the desk

In a clinic, the receptionist often takes payment for a treatment another therapist gave. Clairgest prints the number of the therapist who gave the treatment, taken from the appointment. A receipt with the wrong number gets refused by the insurer.

Therapist: the one on the appointment
Association or college · member/reg. no.: from the therapist's profile
Treatment length: from the appointment (e.g. 60 min)
Sent: printed, or emailed to the client

Staff without a registration number (a receptionist, an esthetician) don't appear on the receipt. What a massage therapy receipt must include

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does Clairgest bill insurers directly?
No. Clairgest does not connect to TELUS eClaims or any insurer portal. It prints or emails a receipt your client submits to their insurer: treating therapist, association or college, member or registration number, and treatment length.
Can I import my clients from Jane or another software?
Yes. Clairgest imports your services, clients, products and appointments from an Excel or CSV file, like the ones most software can export. A preview shows what will be added before anything is written.
Where are my clients' health records kept?
In Canada, at OVH in Beauharnois, Quebec. A few subprocessors (payments, email, SMS) handle some data outside Canada; they are named in our privacy policy.
How much does the trial cost?
Nothing. The trial lasts 14 days, no credit card required. At the end, you pick a plan or you stop.
